Abstract

Noise is by-product of technical progress, technical development, automation, mechanization and transport. It disturbs people to work, to have arrest, reduces labour productivity and negatively affects nervous system. In company territory they have a problem with big noise. Sometimes this company must make jobs in day and night time. The people who live near (about 30 meters ) by this company they grumble that this noise from the JSC KLASCO company territory is very high. In other countries like Estonia they have a lot of sea ports and more area by the sea coast. They don't have a noise problem, because her companies are far from the living territories.
