Abstract
During the elimination of toxic galvanic waste, valuable materials such as metals, acids, alkalis and others are lost. In radio engineering during the production of printed-circuit cards lots of solutions with copper salts (such as copper vitriol, bluestone) emerge. The most suitable ways to neutralize this waste are: I extracting copper by substituting it with some other metal (aluminum or iron), 2 - neutralizing the extracted iron or aluminum saturated solution by other galvanic sewage, or dosing it to sewage as coagulant. The most suitable method for recuperating copper from the etching solutions of printed-circuit cards is cementation method. The most popular nowadays are are roller, shelf and cassette cementators. The latter have a number of shortcomings that can be eliminated by changing the construction of the cementator. For this aim scraps of iron or aluminum are substituted by plates increasing the effectiveness of copper elimination from the aluminum or iron.
