The main adaptability principles for the process of handling relational data sets
Abstract
In this paper an adaptive data processing technology is presented that implements solutions to applied problems in two stages. The first stage consists of data aggregation, i.e., data identification and transformation into the primary relational data set for an applied problem, and the second stage dels with algorithmic dependencies and the generation of implementing program modules into an application for an applied problem. The intent of this technology is to lessen the faults in solving a problem as data and the algorithms for their processingchange. In all instances this is achieved not by creating a new program but by adapting certain subset of the program module set into a particular program for solving a problem.
