130 nm diferencinis, pakopinis, krūviui jautrus priešstiprintuvis
Abstract
Aprašomas diferencinis, pakopinis krūviui jautrus priešstiprintuvis su nuotėkio srovės kompensavimo grandine, dažnai taikomas elementariųjų dalelių registravimo ir medicininėse diagnostinėse sistemose. Aptariami gauti skaičiavimo ir modeliavimo rezultatai, funkcinės priklausomybės. We have simulated the Very Low Power 130 nm CMOS differential, cascade charge sensitive preamplifier (CSP). The cascades depress the Miller effect and improve the gain factor of the amplifier. The advantage of this design is its low-noise level, high speed and high gain with very low-power consumption of 1.2 µW / preamplifier. The technology that has been studied in this work is a commercial 130 nm CMOS technology manufactured at IBM. Simulation has been performed with SPICE simulators using the BSIM4S transistor parameters. CSP has the following main electrical parameters: unipolar response with peaking time of about 45 ns and the gain is about (115 – 145) mV / kē and equivalent noise charge ENC is less than 80 ē, when the input charge is (1 – 20) kē, detector capacitance is equal to 30 fF.
