Usage of computer aided design systems in study process

Abstract

This paper presents trends of new technologies in teaching process for future engineers of Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) and describes the opportunities and prospects of the available hardware of Lithuanian enterprises of building design. The article deals with how to balance the presentation of latest technologies of the civil engineering program in order training modules would be relevant to labour market needs.
