Lithuanian construction companies lack of workers these days. It is necessary to develop the effective staff motivation system for reducing employs turnover in the companies and to induce them for qualitative work. The criterions for construction companies to define the workers motivation system created in the article, also marked members of construction project and their peculiarities.
