Abstract

This article researches an analysis of trends of real estate of living purpose, infrastructure of town as the crucial factor of multifamily residence development. The main idea is to review development principles of real estate of living purpose in USA and Lithuania, to measure how realizable development projects pass principles of sustainable development.
