The influence of mortage lending on the youth's status in the labour market

In this paper the interrelationship between mortage lending and youth's emigration problems is analysed. The article includes comparison of housing financing structures in European countries and Lithuania, the role of commercial banks and Government in solving youth's housing problems. The paper is prepared on the basis of market experts' reports, regulations of financing programs and various data provided by Lithuanian institutions.
