The goal of the article is to integrate some of the concepts used in the literature on competitive advantage of enterprises into particular coherent conceptual map which could provide for fresh view on competition among enterprises in Lithuania and more generally in European Union and global markets. Analysis of theories of business management, competitive advantage, and concepts of ICT development allowed characterising essential sources for different competitive strategies. Based on this analysis a conceptual map identifying enterprises on the axis of market share and the amount of competitive advantages is proposed. The position of enterpriser in such a map helps to choose a competitive strategy from a limited set of strategic decisions those are faced by enterprise.
