Abstract
The computer technologies and new building design conceptions change the traditional design process: promote the integrated building design, where all the interest groups - customers, architects, engineers participate during building design process. In this article the framework of an optimization model for building architectural design is presented, which gives guidance and presents the tools for sustainable building design. As the decision making process is important for selection of the best project, the iterative selectonovation method for decision making is pre sented, which predispose more accurate and unanimous final results.
