Kairiosios vainikinės arterijos modeliavimas su patologija ir šuntu, naudojant baigtinių elementų metodą
Abstract
Darbe yra sudaryti trys skaitmeniniai modeliai, panaudojant programinę įrangą ANSYS, kuri leidžia įvertinti apatinės sienelės pagrindinės šakos slėgio pasiskirstymą trimis atvejais (sveikos kairiosios vainikinės arterijos su 90% okliuzija ir su šuntu). The work consist of three digital models, made using ANSYS and FLOTRAN CFD software, that allow to evaluate lower blood vessel wall of the main branch pressure distribution in three cases (healthy left coronary artery, with ~ 90 % occlusion and bypass graft). Obtained results were processed with MATLAB software. Three diagrams of lower blood vessel wall pressure distribution were obtained. We can say, that in healthy left coronary artery pressure distribute unevenly and when ~90% occlusion develops in left coronary artery pressure increase till 8,55 x 1011 Pa. This pressure is dangerous. This occurs because of blood that could not flow through occlusion place, myocardium can no longer receive blood and myocardial necrosis (scar) starts to develop. When bypass graft is placed, blood starts to flow through occlusion place and myocardium receives blood.
