Development of innovation team creative abilities

Abstract

The article contains a study of the processes occurring during the various stages of the innovation team development. Psychological problems arising from the activities through innovation team forming, differentiation, integration and maturity stages are determined. Also, the article studies the effect of divergent and convergent thinking on the creativity of the team members of various roles. Thus, distinguishing the effect of the type of thinking on the roles was found in an innovation team. Freedom, orientation towards ideas, intuition, imagination, courage, and responsibility, as the most influencing components of creativity, were established after survey data analysis. The article tries to determine the internal and external stimulus of creativity within an innovation team.
