The review of microwave devices with graphene layers is provided in this paper. Outstanding graphene’s properties are very frequency dependent, so it behaves differently in THz and microwave band. Graphene’s properties and applications in microwave band are covered in the review, including novel applications in IoT devices such as biosensors and graphene ink printing. Existing research on microwave filters, waveguides, antennas and other devices with graphene layers are discussed. It is identified, that though graphene’s carrier mobility and conductivity in microwave band does not allow to achieve better results compared to traditional materials, it is still considered as perspective material in IoT and biosensor communication devices, operating in microwave range, as it can provide tunability, flexibility and transparency.
