In medicine, biotechnology as well as food processing are reliable and simple method for permeabilization of cell membrane on delivering drugs and genes for cell inactivation purpose on unwanted food microbes are being addressed [6]. PEF (Pulsed electric field) if used as treatment topology is the most promising solution in its sphere that aims to enable both permeabilization and pasteurization ways. Current technology drawback would be a possibility to obtain control on larger operation volumes. Although in this paper high power electroporation system topology for food treatment with pulsed electric fields is presented. We describe the key (Pulsed Electric Field) treatment parameters, overview of special equipment that is necessary to obtain this operation in liquid pasteurization and processing will be presented. Interaction between processed data and electrical solution on treatment design based on PEF system performance will be presented. Finally, we will present initial commerce applications of PEF treatment as well as future vision on adoption possibilities [7]. By understanding basic elements and mechanical components of underlying electroporation review topic, we can provide essential features of theoretical fluid flow electroporation system. By underlying all the assumptions we can more briefly evaluate upcoming failures and successes in this sphere. We divide main accent for: electrical behavior based on electrode construction, shape and material, generator topology and other system components are briefly discussed.
