General life-time process scheme of a one-family dwelling house

Abstract

In order to efficiently design and realize a high-quality one-family dwelling house, it is necessary to take care of its rationality from the beginning of its conception to the end of its maintenance. This entire process must be planned and executed taking into consideration the goals of all interested parties and coordinating their mutual interests. The project is realized in four main stages (brief, designing, construction and maintenance processes). These stages can be decomposed into constituent parts from which the most efficient ones should be selected. The article gives an investigation of the above-mentioned problems.

Norint efektyviai suprojektuoti ir įgyvendinti aukštos kokybės vienbutį gyvenamąjį namą, būtina jo racionalumu rūpintis nuo pat sumanymo pradžios iki eksploatacijos pabaigos. Visas šis procesas turi būti projektuojamas ir vykdomas atsižvelgiant į jame dalyvaujančių suinteresuotųjų grupių tikslus bei derinant jų tarpusavio interesus. Projektas įgyvendinamas keturiais pagrindiniais etapais (tikslų nustatymo, projektavimo, statybos ir eksploatacijos procesai). Šiuos etapus galima išskaidyti į sudėtines dalis iš kurių būtina išrinkti efektyviausias. Aukščiau paminėti klausimai ir yra išnagrinėti straipsnyje.
