Pagrindinių technologinių faktorių įtaka fizikinėms bei mechaninėms keraminių gaminių savybėms
Santrauka
It was determined that equipment formation heads used in ceramic plants are of improper design which does not assures a proper formation mixture compression during the pressing stage. The necessity was determined to place every void producing equipment component a minimum of 140 mm away from the formation head exit plane. The pressing and formation head designs as well as the vacuum value influence on product quality were investigated by using statistical multifactor experiment planning method to the full factorial experiment (3m.2n) plan. Regressive analysis methods were used to calculate concrete empirical equations and determine the influence of investigated factors on article strength properties. It was found that the lower vacuum-the londer should be the formation head.
