Investigation of the microcracks in the dehydrated refractory concrete's structure
Santrauka
The analysis of microcracks, which appears in the structure of dehydrated refractory concrete after its exposure to water and additional firing in high temperature was carried out. Ultrasonic impulse velocity measuring instruments and optical microscope were used for estimationof the microcracks. It was established that, after exposure of concrete samples to water after that to high temperatures, a process of cement hydration recurs and new elements, which partially obturate the microcracks appear.
