Investigation of the PQQ-dependent enzymes' reactions with various electron acceptors at steady-state conditions

The kinetics of the reactions of soluble glucose dehydrogenase (s-GDH) from Acenitobacter calcoaceticus LMD 79.41 and alcohol dehydrogenase IIG (ADH IIG) from Pseudomonas putida HK-5 with various electron acceptors was investigated at steady-state conditions, and the reacivity constants were determined. The analysis has lead to conclusion, that radicals-cations, such as AMB+, PAPX+, ABTS+ and DMDHP+, react well with both enzymes. In comparison, other electron acceptors, such as DCPIP, PMS, react well with s-GDH, but poorly with ADH IIG. Buvo tirta tirpios gliukozės dehidrogenazės (s-GDH), išskirtos iš Acenitobacter calcoaceticus LMD 79.41, ir alkoholio dehidrogenazės IIG (ADH IIG) iš Pseudomonas putida HK-5 reakcijų su įvairiais elektronų akceptoriais kinetika stacionarinėse sąlygose ir nustatomos konstantos. Tyrimų eigoje gauta, kad radikalai-katijonai (AMB+, PAPX+, ABTS+ ir DMDHP+) gerai reaguoja su abiem fermentais. Kiti elektronų akceptoriai (DCPIP ir PMS) gerai reaguoja su s-GDH, bet silpnai su ADH IIG.
