Statinio kadastro duomenų bylos Vilniaus mieste formavimas

Abstract

Analizuojami nekilnojamojo daikto kadastro duomenų nustatymo etapai bei matininko atliekami veiksmai, kurių reikia kadastro duomenims parengti ir nekilnojamojo daikto duomenims įrašyti į nekilnojamojo turto kadastrą. Aprašomos naudojamos technologijos – programinė įranga ir prietaisai, išskiriama Nekilnojamojo turto registro posistemė „Matininkas“. Analizuojami pagrindiniai kadastro duomenų rinkimo etapai – matavimai, aukštų planų sudarymas, kadastro duomenų formų pildymas.

The stages of determining the data of the real estate cadastre and the actions performed by the surveyor are analysed. They are required for the preparation of cadastral data and for the recording of real estate data in the real estate cadastre. The technologies used are described – software and instruments. The Real Estate Register subsystem “Matininkas” was analysed. The main steps of cadastral data collection were analysed – measurements, creation of floor plans, filling cadastral data forms.
