Sistemų analizės įtaka organizacijos valdymui
Abstract
Maintaining organization effectiveness requires adequate organization management system and its change. Structure, tasks, technology, people can be changed for the purpose of increasing profitability, adaptiveness, etc. System analysis is an activity that encompasses the tasks of software system construction. The question of how system analysis affect organization management system is analysed in this paper. Managerial decisions, information exchange, control information are pointed out and analysed as essential relation types between the elements in organizational structure. It is suggested to consider analogical information as the main tool to use previous experience for making managerial decisions.
