Abstract

The present legal regulation of business in Lithuania is very complex and often complicated subject The care problem involves the lack of effective and solid legal foundation in the legal business regulating system and is connected with imperfectness of national law system in general. The main purpose of this work: is to elucidate the legal regulation mechanism of business in Lithuania and to disclose the problematic points of it Some suggestions how to eliminate those defects are presented as well. The work consists of introduction and two chapters. The first chapter gives a general view towards the concept of legal regulation mechanism. Generally speaking this chapter is intended for readers without any special legal education and provides with basic legal knowledge on this topic. The second chapter discloses the different problematic points of legal foundation of businesss in Lithuania and represents some proposals concerning means and ways of solving them.
