Abstract

Most entrepreneurs agree that operation planing is important for business growth, but their opinion is split when they are talking about strategic planing. Some of them consider that strategic planing is very important for business growth, some - not very important. Why are there such differences of opinion ? This article tries to explain these differences using the evolution theory of the enterprise.
