Abstract
Since consumer era is developing every day and getting stronger, it is extremely important to consider service marketing for financial organisations. Its obvious, that, because of similarity of the businesses kinds, financial services provided by the organisations are inevitable. For a more efficient implementation of marketing services it is necessrary to commend an attention toward the 1 chart. Succession of purposes, providing us with helpfull directiveness successfully forming a structure of marketing services that stipulates effective achievement of stategical challangers, is displayed.
