Vadybos specialistų rengimo problemos Lietuvoje

Abstract

Leaders and specialists are trained at the universities of humanitarian, technical, agricultural, medical and other scientific trends. In order to carry out versatile scientific activities, 18 interfaculty subunits are organized at Vilnius technical university. There is no perfect policy and strategy of science in governmental standard at present in Lithuania. Studies of six scientific trends and ten specializations are set up in Business Administration Faculty of Vilnius technical university. These studies are as follows: studies for Bachelor's degree, studies for engineer economist, studies for diplomaed manager as well as studies for Master's of management degree. Considerable number of future doctors of science study and create innovations at doctorate studies. Habilitation works are being prepared as well.
