Abstract

The philosophical fundamentals of private incentives in the sphere of university education are formulated in consistency with theories of K.P.Popper, the initiator of critical rationalism. The necessity of co-operation between Lithuanian and foreign universities in the process of preparing specialists of business administration is grounded.
