Abstract

Heating renovation of residential house constructions, executed to enhance a heat resistance of these constructions according to the new regulations, and traditional overhaul of the houses - two interrelated problems either in technological and economical and social manners. Renewal of heating insulation - component part of the overhaul. Such approach provides us with many advantages wich facilitates technical maintainance of exsisting stock of residential housing: 25% of funds is saved because of standartised work process, wich enables to avoid extra costs; large share of residential housing is protected from accelerated depretiation; number of buildings needed to repair decreases as well as amount of renovating works to be done.
