The object of this article are six internal discrepancies in organization which must be taken into consideration when structurizing organization. The first of them - the discrepancy between organization as a whole and its operating core having the most influence on organization's activities. Second-discrepancy betveen the objektives of organization which are evolved from environmental demands, and objectives which come from internal needs of organization. Third-line and staff conflict. Fourth-betveen everyday activities and extraordinary actions developing organization. Fifth- betveen organic and mechanistic tendencies in management of organization (between flexibility and stability of organization) and sixth-betwen generality of principles of structurization and uniqueness of individual features of organization's management team personalities. The ways of taking into consideration of those discrepancies are discussed in the article.
