This article suggests complex model of means and solutions that could be applied to model potential decisions of transport enterprise shake-up. Also, main reasons that affect or could have impact on Financial stability, competitiveness directions of shake-up and it's expedience are destingquished. Suggested conceptual model for transport enterprise shake-up allows sistematic overview of connections between shake-up reasons, goals and means specific to transport enterprises and destinguishes main steps of transport enterprise shake-up.
