Knowledge, innovation and technologies integration, nurturing the universal sustainable development of small country

Abstract

This paper summarizes the existing solution of designing and implementation of sustainable development of small country problem, also considers how to organize the interaction between subsystems of knowledge, innovation and technologies (KNIT) and optimize that integral KNIT cluster. In this paper will be submitted the original offer of the authors, how to reach the optimal distribution of investment resources between the subsystems of knowledge, innovation and technologies cluster.
