New experimental results on extending the fatigue life of aluminum alloys D16ChATW and 2024-T351 due to impact-oscillatory loading of different intensities and the use of nanosolutions of different materials are generalized. Dynamic deformation of alloys subjected to dynamic non-balanced processes (DNP) under impact-oscillatory loading εimp was chosen as a parameter that characterizes the intensity of introducing impulse energy into the alloy. Nanosolutions of copper (Cu), manganese (Mg), Al + Cu at a concentration of 50%:50%, Al + Cu + Mg at a concentration of 33%:33%:33%, titanium carbide (WC) and carbon (C) were applied to the alloy surface simultaneously with the introduction of impulse energy into the alloy. It was shown for the first time that with a correctly chosen nanosolution of the material, it is possible to significantly increase the number of cycles to failure by means of impulse introduction of energy into alloys D16ChATW and 2024-T513, as compared to the initial state.
