dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the research is to determine the impact of organizational conflicts and the stressful environment created on the basis of it the productivity of employees. Based on the goal, 3 tasks were set: determining the level of employee satisfaction and engagement; revealing the frequency of conflict situations in the work environment; determination of mechanisms for overcoming conflict situations. In order to present this, appropriate applied methods are used: 520 employees of enterprises operating in Georgia were interviewed; the gathered information was grouped and processed in the statistical program. The main result is that the stressful environment created on the basis of conflicts at work has a rather negative impact on the work capacity of the staff. | en_US |
