Human capital formation in Ukraine

Abstract

In their work, the authors will focus on what can be done to improve the process of human capital formation in Ukraine in the long-term and on Ukraine and EU cooperation opportunities in this direction. As to the authors point of view the process of human capital formation consists of such parts as: 1) demographic processes and health safety management; 2) education and occupational guidance management; 3) personnel training and allocation management. They will present both the state, regional and corporate levels of human capital formation on the basis of human potential development with practical examples and current statistical information.
