| dc.description.abstract | Information technologies (IT) play a vital role in management and life of organization today. IT are one of most important tools of business process in competitive environment. Effective management of information technologies enables to reach organizational goals, optimize resource planning systems, investments etc. A lot of resources and business process tools are moved to virtual environment what leads to increasing dependence of organization to IT and risks related to IT solutions.
