dc.description.abstractThe dynamic nature of the international labour market and the complexity of situations which are encountered in management of organizations are emphasized in the literature of career management. Competition in contemporary organizations and low psychological contract between individuals and organizations stimulates to think about a different career management approaches. This study provides career management solutions for middle-age employees who have to change their career path by finding a new job in a dynamic international labour market.en_US
