dc.description.abstractAll major changes in human resource management theories and practices emerged in responce to economic and social development chalenges. The paper considers the problem of improving the management of human resources, closely associated with the cohesion proceses, taking place under the conditions of knowledge based society creation. It's shown that the cohesion processes determine the basic changes and innovations in human resource management.en_US
