dc.description.abstract | At present, when Russia is forming economy based on the generation, distribution and use of knowledge, the dynamics of economic growth, the level of competitiveness of the territories on a national and global scale determine the advances in science and technology. In order to implement the strategy of innovative development of Russia the quality of domestic financial institutions should improve and targeted redistribution of money capital should become more efficient through the development of new financial mechanisms. As international experience shows, one of the most effective methods of economic incentives for innovation is public-private partnership (PPP) projects in the field of science and innovation. The article highlights the main features of the public-private partnership, studies the forms and types of PPPs and identifies areas for the development of PPPs in the area of innovation. | en_US |
