dc.description.abstractInternationalisation of R&D and innovation activities is important contemporary management phenomena, considering fast development of high technology sector. Main aim of this article is to identify main challenges and aspects for innovation internationalisation, important for public support context. In the article main focus is towards open innovation paradigm and its influence on innovation processes and international collaboration. In the article main developments of open innovation paradigm are analysed. The main objective of this article is to analyse contemporary theoretical views for open innovation development and management of innovation networks of the high technology companies in European context and to provide provisional research directions and measures for main innovation support stakeholders.en_US
