dc.description.abstractThe process maturity assessment models of companies can support the implementation of business process management. Identification of the level of process maturity of the organization allows to assess the progress of the methods and techniques of business process management throughout the organization and related solutions with it. The main aim of this article is to systematize the knowledge on business process management in the context of process maturity models and the diagnosis process management in Polish companies in relation to international research. The article presents the results of empirical research conducted by the authors in Polish enterprises in 2012. It was proposed maturity assessment process enterprises sheet, in the organizational, social, information, and knowledge perspectives.en_US
