dc.description.abstractThe presented paper deals with an urgent contemporary issue of sustainable development by tackling controversy and incompatibility of economic aims: to combine energy security, economic growth and steward environmental health. A discussion about perception of energy security, future trends of energy consumption, economic growth and mode of impact of energetically secure economic growth on environment being elaborated. Author suggest conceptual approaches towards formulating measurable aims of sustainable economic development, which would allow to achieve comparative compatibility of unrestricted energy availability and development of industrial constitute of economies of countries, which would not lead to gradual degradation of environment.en_US
