Abstract

Straipsnyje nagrinėjamas kelių transporto sektoriaus ekologinių problemų sprendimo poreikis ir galimybės. Analizuojamas objektas – kelių transporto ekologinės problemos. Atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizė padėjo atskleisti kelių transporto svarbą šalies socialiniams - ekonominiams procesams, jų įtaką aplinkai bei egzistuojančias galimybes spręsti ekologines problemas. Išnagrinėjus teorinius ekologinių problemų spendimo aspektus, daroma išvada, kad ITS yra efektyviausias ir moderniausias būdas sprendžiant šio transporto sektoriaus ekologines problemas.

The paper discusses the need and effectiveness of IT systems solving road transport ecological problems. The object of the article is the road transport ecological problems. This article analyzes the importance of road transport in economical and social processes, the impact on the environment and the existing solutions. The scientific literature analysis assets in the provision of road transport impact on the environment and IT solutions for it. After analysis of theoretical IT systems aspects the study confirms the assumption that IT is one of the most effective and modern ways to solve ecological problems.
