Lean metodo naudojimo Lietuvos statybos sektoriaus įmonėse analizė

Abstract

Gamybos išteklių efektyvus panaudojimas statybų sektoriuje yra labai svarbi užduotis norint konkurencingai suteikti paslaugą ar pagaminti galutinį produktą. Šią užduotį efektyviau įgyvendinti galima taikant Lean metodą, kartu pasinaudojant ir skaitmeninėmis technologijomis IPM (angl. Building information modeling). Taikant šiuos įrankius, galutinę paslaugą ar produktą galima pasiekti naudojant mažiau išteklių. Šio straipsnio tyrimo objektas – gamybos išteklių panaudojimo efektyvumas statybų sektoriuje. Šiame straipsnyje atlikus literatūros analizę identifikuojami gamybos procesų statybos sektoriuje etapai ir gamybos išteklių panaudojimas bei nagrinėjama išteklių švaistymo problematika statybos sektoriuje. Teorinėje dalyje ištyrus gamybos etapus statybos sektoriuje pastebima išteklių švaistymo problematika, kuri pagrindžiama ir iliustruojama atliktos ekspertų apklausos rezultatais. Tyrimo metodas – ekspertų apklausa, rezultatams gauti panaudojamas ekspertų vertinimo testas. Straipsnio išvadose yra apibendrinami tyrimo rezultatai ir pateikiami atitinkami pasiūlymai, kurie padėtų optimizuoti turimų gamybos išteklių panaudojimą statybos sektoriuje, pasinaudojant skaitmeninėmis technologijomis ir Lean metodu.

The efficient use of production resources in the construction sector is a very important task for the competitive provision of a service or the production of a final product. This task can be implemented more efficiently using the Lean method, together with the use of digital technologies BIM (Building information modeling). With these tools, the end service or product can be achieved with fewer resources. The object of this article is the efficiency of the use of production resources in the construction sector. After analyzing the literature, this article identifies the stages of production processes, the use of production resources and examines the problem of resource waste in the construction sector. In the theoretical part, the research of production stages in the construction sector reveals the problem of resource waste, which is substantiated and illustrated by the results of an expert survey. The research method is an expert survey, and an expert evaluation test is used to obtain the results. The conclusions of the article summarize the results of the study and provide appropriate suggestions to help optimize the use of available production resources in the construction sector, using digital technologies and the Lean method.
