Socialinis ir vertybinis aspektas statybos ir nekilnojamojo turto įmonių veikloje

Abstract

Straipsnio tikslas yra išnagrinėti statybos ir nekilnojamojo turto bendrovėse taikomus vertybinius aspektus bei socialinės atsakomybės principus. Darbe yra apžvelgiamas socialinis ir vertybinis aspektas versle ir vertybių sistema – misija, vizija, tikslai. Taip pat yra nagrinėjamas statybos ir nekilnojamojo turto įmonių socialinės atsakomybės modelis, apžvelgiamos šiame procese dalyvaujančios suinteresuotosios grupės ir veiksniai, susiję su jomis.

The main intention of this work is to analyze construction and real estate companies in the applicable securities issues and social responsibility. The paper is an overview of the social and valuable aspects of the business and the system of values - mission, vision and goals. Also, there is presented model of construction and real estate corporate social responsibility that gives an impression of this process to interested groups and factors associated with them.
