dc.description.abstract | Pastato informacinio modeliavimo (ang. - Building Information Modeling) koncepcija pradėta vystyti nuo 1970 m. BIM suprantamas, kaip vieninga projektavimo ir statybos projekto valdymo technologija, kurią pritaikius galima sutaupyti įvairių resursų. Pastato informacinio modelio pagalba yra valdomas ne tik projekto kūrimo procesas įgyvendinimo laikotarpyje, bet gali būti taikytinas ir pastato eksploatacijos metu. Pastato informacinis modeliavimas padeda architektams, inžinieriams ir konstruktoriams vizualiai pažvelgti į tai, kas turi būti pastatyta, sumontuota bei nustatyti galimus pavojus, atsiradusius dėl projektavimo klaidų. Straipsnyje bus aptariami pastato informacinio modelio privalumai ir trūkumai, su kuriais neišvengiamai susiduriama taikant jį statybos proceso metu. Taip pat bus aprašyta investicijų atsipirkimas taikant BIM bei saugos reikalavimų užtikrinimas statybvietėje. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Construction is one of the economic sectors that affect national and global economy. Information and communication technologies in the construction industry helps to grow country economic indicators.
In order to optimize the entire process in construction suggest use building information modeling. Using BIM model in construction process helps reduce project time, improve the quality of performance, helping reduce investment for the project, helping to prevent the construction site.
In order to apply BIM in construction, you should have the opportunity to participate in electronic tendering, project web, 3D modeling, BIM – building information modeling, electronic hand – over.
Study has shown that:
We can save more than 9.8% of the investment for the project;
80 % decrease project time price calculation;
Project duration decrease in to 7% of the time;
Cost of additional works decrease in to 40.
No one doubts that using BIM in construction process is benefit. Only the number of users or interested persons can’t agree what is benefits size. | en_US |
