The paper examines the technologies of reconstruction of sloping-pitched roofs, their application and eficiency. The analysis consist of the main characteristics of pitched roofs types, causes of their damages. The work also analyzes roof defects, the main causes of these defects. There are described ways how to improve performance of roofs. Three different reconstruction technologies are distinguished, which are compared between each other using multicriteria evaluation methods ARAS (additive ratio assessment) and COPRAS (Complex Proportional Assessment). After performing a multi-criteria assessment, we found that the use of polyurethane foam is the best choice for roof reconstruction work.en_US
