dc.description.abstract | Despite that sustainable development was described by many authors it is usually a challenge to find suitable definition and implement it into the urban development practice. This article proposes the description and complex analysis of sustainable development term. Diving sustainable development into three main branches this paper and research process was subdivided thematically into ecological, economic and social chapters. Through evaluation of ecological conditions of the territories it is searching the solutions of improving of level of ecology. Analysis of investment environment and SWOT analysis can be used in the process of planning to achieve economic growth. Study is aimed to establish a quantitative system of assesing phychological comfort of users in public spaces. Article determines basic principles of sustainable development for urban development of coastal industrial areas. | en_US |
