Lietuvos policijos 2015–2020 m. registruotų įvykių, susijusių su smurtu, galimos teritorinės sąsajos su švietimo įstaigomis Vilniaus miesto savivaldybėje

Abstract

Pristatomo tyrimo tikslas – patikrinti galimas teritorines sąsajas tarp įvykių, susijusių su smurtu ir švietimo įstaigų Vilniaus miesto savivaldybėje. Naudojami įprasti erdvinės analizės įrankiai – aplink švietimo įstaigas sudaromos buferinės teritorijos, kuriose vedama policijos registruotų įvykių statistika. Taip pat tikrinama, ar įvykių, susijusių su smurtu, netoli švietimo įstaigų sklaidoje įvyko esminių pokyčių 2020 m. 1-ojo karantino metu, lyginant su ankstesniais metais. Nagrinėjama Policijos departamento registruotų įvykių duomenų bazė. Aprašomos naudojamos technologijos duomenims tvarkyti, vizualizuoti ir analizuoti. Išskiriama pagrindinė statistinė informacija su trumpomis įžvalgomis ir pateikiamos išvados. Pastebėti įvykių teritorinės sklaidos pokyčiai 2020 m., kuriuos galima sieti su COVID-19 pandemija – įvykių skaičius artimoje švietimo įstaigų aplinkoje sumažėjo.

The purpose of this work is to check the possible territorial links between events related to violence and educational institu- tions in Vilnius City Municipality. The usual tools of spatial analysis are used – buffer areas are created around educational institutions, where statistics of events recorded by the police are calculated. It also examines whether events related to the spread of violence near educational institutions have changed significant-ly in 2020 during the first quarantine compared to previous years. The database of The Register of Events Recorded by the Police was analyzed. There is a description of technologies that were used to process, visualize, and analyze the data. The main statisti-cal information with brief insights and conclusions is presented. Changes in the territorial distribution of events in 2020 were observed, which can be attributed to the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of events in the immediate vicinity of educational institutions decreased.
