Kelio dangos voluojamojo betono ant hidrauliniais rišikliais surišto grunto pagrindo stiprumo ir deformacijų tyrimas

Abstract

Disertacijoje nagrinėjami voluojamojo betono dangos konstrukcijos, įrengtos ant hidrauliniais rišikliais surištų gruntų pagrindo, įtempiai, deformacijos ir nuovargis. Disertacijos tikslas – ištirti voluojamojo betono dangos, įrengtos ant pagrindo sluoksnio iš gruntų, surištų hidrauliniais rišikliais ir kitais priedais, nuovargio funkcijų parametrus bei parengti voluojamojo betono dangos konstrukcijų racionalius sprendinius ir technines specifikacijas. Disertaciją sudaro įvadas, trys skyriai, bendrosios išvados ir rekomendacijos, literatūros šaltinių ir autoriaus publikacijų disertacijos tema sąrašas, santrauka anglų kalba. Įvade aptarta tiriamoji problema, darbo aktualumas, aprašyti tyrimų objektai, metodai, suformuluotas darbo tikslas ir uždaviniai, mokslinis naujumas, praktinė darbo rezultatų reikšmė, ginamieji teiginiai bei darbo struktūra. Pirmajame disertacijos skyriuje pateikiama literatūros analizė apie voluojamojo betono dangos konstrukcijų funkcionavimą, skaičiavimo metodus ir jų algoritmuose taikomas nuovargio funkcijas, nuovargio funkcijų kintamuosius. Skyriaus pabaigoje suformuluojami pagrindiniai disertacijos uždaviniai. Antrajame skyriuje analizuojama hidroterminio poveikio įtaka voluojamojo betono dangos konstrukcijai, nustatomi faktiniai įtempiai voluojamojo betono sluoksnio apačioje. Taip pat analizuojamas deformacinių siūlių apkrovos perdavimas ir pagrindo erozijos modelis. Trečiajame skyriuje pateikiama skaičiuojamoji dangos konstrukcijos schema, grindžiama faktinėmis dangos konstrukcijos mechaninėmis savybėmis, nustatytomis atliktais eksperimentiniais tyrimais bei vykdyta dangos konstrukcijos sluoksnių įrengimo kontrole, statant objektą. Pateikiami rekomendaciniai voluojamojo betono dangos konstrukcijų variantai. Skyriuje taip pat pateikiami dangos konstrukcijos sluoksniams ir dangos konstrukcijos sluoksnių įrengimo kontrolei keliami reikalavimai. Disertacijos tema yra atspausdinti 3 moksliniai straipsniai mokslo žurnaluose, įtrauktuose į Web of Science duomenų bazę. Disertacijoje atliktų tyrimų rezultatai buvo paskelbti trijose tarptautinėse mokslinėse konferencijose.

The dissertation examines the stresses, deformations, and fatigue of roller-compacted concrete pavement structures installed on the base of soils bounded with hydraulic binders. The dissertation aims to investigate the fatigue function parameters of roller-compacted concrete pavements installed on a base layer of soils bound with hydraulic binders and other additives and to develop rational solutions and technical specifications for roller-compacted concrete pavement structures. The dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters, general conclusions and recommendations, references, and a list of scientific publications by the author on the topic of the dissertation, as well as a summary in English. The introduction discusses the research problem and the relevance of the dissertation, describes the research objects, and formulates the purpose and tasks of the dissertation, scientific novelty, the practical significance of the dissertation results, defensive statements, and the research methodology. The first chapter of the dissertation presents a literature analysis on the performance of roller-compacted concrete pavement structures, calculation methods and fatigue functions applied in their algorithms, and variables of fatigue functions. At the end of the chapter, the main objectives of the dissertation are formulated. The second chapter analyses the influence of hydrothermal effects on the structure of the roller-compacted concrete pavement and determines the actual stresses at the bottom of the roller-compacted concrete layer. It also analyses the joint load transfer and base erosion models. The third chapter presents the computational scheme of pavement structure, which is based on the actual mechanical properties of the pavement structure, determined by the experimental studies and the control of the installation of the pavement structure layers during the reconstruction. Also, it provides recommended variants of pavement structures based on the computational scheme. The third chapter also provides requirements for pavement structure layers and controls for installing pavement structure layers. Three scientific articles were published on the topic of the dissertation in scientific journals included in the Web of Science database. The results of the research conducted in the dissertation were presented at three international conferences.
