dc.description.abstract | The natural, very low-frequency (VLF) noise emissions are generally looked upon as radio interference. It is incorrect. In fact, these are an effective means for diagnostics and study of dynamic environment. The years-long, regular analyses of the results of satellite low-frequency wave experiments allows to judge about geomagnetic and solar activity. During geomagnetic disturbances the spectrum and intensity of noise change and there is plasma environment turbulence. On concrete examples we offer way to use results of satellite measurements of low-frequency emissions for reception of the information on development of turbulence of plasma. These results will be useful at definition of the future imminent danger. | en_US |
