dc.description.abstract | To grasp the actually injected energy into the equipment under test from an ESD-gun, based on the discharge current waveforms obtained by wide-band measurement, we estimated the amount of the charge released when the spark occurred at the moment of air discharges in the voltage ranges from 200 V to 2 kV. As a result, it is found that peak value of instantaneous power and discharge energy are proportion to the 1.7th and 2.1th power of charge voltage and is 8.6 kW and 57.4 µJ at 2 kV, respectively. | en_US |
