dc.description.abstract | In low-voltage power installation with systems of surge protective devices no always failure-free working of equipment is assured. Estimating effectiveness of protection against overvoltages, phenomenon in simple circuit metal-oxide varistor devices’ input of power supply was analyzed. Results of investigations show the possibility of appearance the voltages with maximal values exceeding the surge immunity of power inputs for typical electric and electronic devices. | en_US |
